What kind of shipments do you handle?
We make personal shipments the next day in the west of CDMX at a cost of $80.
Outside that area we send by parcel
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes we can make international shipments through parcel service
Are there refunds and/or returns?
We can make a refund to the user's card in case the product arrives in poor condition. In that case please take a picture and contact us.
No refunds are made in case the product is different from what they were looking for.
Where are they physically located?
West of the CDMX.
What payment methods do you handle?
Paypal and bank cards.

For it to harden, does it necessarily have to be put in an oven?
It is not necessary, it can be left in the sun. They are put in the oven if you want to make a completely rigid piece.
Can it be molded with water?
If it can be molded with water. Only depending on the amount the mixture becomes softer or harder.
Can it be painted?
Once dry or baked, it can be painted on the clay
How is it baked?
It must be burned in a specialized kiln for ceramics at a temperature between 800°C and 1050°C.
Is it toxic?
No, however it should not be ingested.
What to do if it dries up?
Add water to rehydrate and you can get back to work.
How is it packed?
We pack our clay in vacuum-sealed plastic bags to keep the clay in the best condition prior to use.
What uses does the clay have?
The clay is used by artisans, students, hobbyists and companies to create pieces of different uses. Due to its high quality, the potter's hands clay can be used to make works of art or simply crafts.
